Find inspiration as you travel through the City of Angels

When one thinks of Los Angeles, images of Hollywood and dazzling red-carpet premieres almost immediately come to mind. California’s famous film hub is known the world over, but there’s more to this city on the US West Coast than just the glamour of Tinseltown.

Los Angeles is one of the biggest cities in the USA, coming in second to its rival on the East Coast, New York. Founded back in 1781, the city’s rich heritage makes it one of the most diverse and interesting places in the world. Areas like Chinatown and Little Tokyo have become two of the city’s most visited tourist attractions.

If you’re in Los Angeles on a walking tour, then the Bunker Hill Steps are certainly worth a visit. Hummba’s Los Angeles guide will point you to this famous landmark, as well as many more of the city’s well-known attractions.

Museum junkies must be sure to indulge in some of Los Angeles’s 841 museums; the highest concentration of museums in the entire USA. The Museum of Neon Art, the Grammy Museum, and the Old Plaza Firehouse are just some of LA’s impressive collection.

Union Station is one of downtown Los Angeles’ most famous buildings. The station has an enormous waiting area and is considered to be an architectural masterpiece. Another of the city’s awe-inspiring structures is the California Plaza, which consists of two massive skyscrapers. The plaza features numerous tourist attractions and is a favourite for locals and tourists alike.
